Privacy notice
Organisational Resilience is a local-firsttoolkit. If you don’t sign in, none of your work leaves your device: your self-assessments, Deep Dives and notes are stored only in your browser’s local storage, and you can export or delete them at any time.
If you create an account
An account is optional. If you choose to sign in, we store a single piece of personal data — your email address— so we can send you a single-use sign-in link and recognise you on return. There are no passwords. We don’t use your email for marketing.
Legal basis (UK GDPR): we process your email on the basis of your consent, given when you ask us to email you a sign-in link. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your account.
Who we share it with
- Resend — our email provider, used only to deliver your sign-in link.
- Neon — our database host, where your email and sign-in session are stored.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, or to delete your account and the email we store, by emailing tom@good-ship.co.uk. Because the rest of your data lives in your own browser, you control it directly — clearing it removes it.
