The Collective Health Check
The conversation is the assessment. Each partner answers separately; the convenor lays the answers side by side. There are no points and no bands — the divergence between you is the most valuable thing it produces.

1 · In your own words
Complete the sentence — separately from your partners. Comparing these first is finding number one: if the sentences don’t rhyme, you’ve learned something already.
2 · Rose / Bud / Thorn, by principle
For each principle: what’s blooming (Rose), what’s budding (Bud), where the thorns are. Where partners’ answers diverge sharply, that’s your agenda.
3 · The capacities map
For each capacity: who holds this for our place right now? Name names — “nobody” is an honest and important answer. Then say how firmly it’s held.
4 · Need / Have / Like
Against each capacity: what do we needthat we can’t solve alone? What do we already have, formal and informal? What would we like to build for ourselves?
